- We will give you a full refund only upon successful return of 90 % of the product. If you utilize more than 10 % of the product, we won’t be able to accept a refund
- We don’t keep records so if you complain after 15 days of order, which is 15 days of payment, we won’t be able to compensate you.
- We have different bank accounts and if you send funds without confirming from us, we will not be responsible for loss of funds.
- The references mentioned for bank transfers must be 100 % complied with or it might cause rejection of your order.
- We reserve the right to reject any customer and order.
- We use Royal mail 1st class, if you order SPECIAL DELIVERY it will be send using Royal mail’s Special delivery.
- Your parcel will be sent on our next shipping day, this will be communicated on successful payment of your order. Normally the parcels are delivered 3 to 4 working days.
- If any product is out of stock and not mentioned on the site your funds will be refunded 100 %.
- When the delivery is attempted or its delivered with a signature showing up on royal mail, we will consider it as delivered. We are not responsible if you were not home, you missed the delivery OR someone else received it for you. In such cases Bestbenzouk.com is not responsible.
- We are shipping on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, and FRIDAY. We will not post NDD. This is due to the pandemic and lockdowns. If you make a complaint to the bank or our account is closed, we will post your details on our website and contact details.
